Belgrade, Montana Dealership Receives Two Prestigious National Awards Based on Outstanding Performance and Service
Bozeman, Mont. — January 5, 2005 — Yellowstone Harley-Davidson of Belgrade, Mont. received two top awards among the
more than 600 Harley-Davidson dealerships nationwide. The Harley-Davidson Motor Company awarded Yellowstone Harley-Davidson with the
company’s most prestigious Gold Bar & Shield Circle of Excellence Award for their outstanding performance during the 2004 model
year. Yellowstone Harley-Davidson earned the award based upon an evaluation of customer service and satisfaction, motorcycle and related
product sales, skilled and knowledgeable staff, facilities and other operational measures.
Yellowstone Harley-Davidson also received the Service Excellence Award for the Western Region of the United States. This award was
given to only five dealerships nationwide and was awarded based on quality, reliability and customer support by the dealer's service
department.
The Harley-Davidson Motor Company evaluated more than 600 dealerships nationwide and rated each using a predetermined set of
criteria. The 25 highest-ranking dealerships were presented with the 2004 Gold Bar & Shield Circle of Excellence Award, while five
Service Excellence Awards were given to dealerships nationwide. The Gold Bar & Shield Award will be officially presented at
ceremonies during Harley-Davidson’s annual Winter Dealer Meeting later this month while the Service Excellence Award was given during
the annual Summer Dealer Meeting in 2004.
