"I live in cody, wy and we have a t shirt store in town but our nearest dealership is 95 miles away. After dealing with them and spending lots of money on a big bore kit with heads, pipes and cams my bike never ran right. so i trucked it 235 miles to belgrade where travis and dan got together and figured out some different cams and exhaust. I gained 15 hp and my tq came in 800 rpms sooner! WOW! 15000 miles later still runs like a dream and cooler too. now i will only go to yellowstone hd for anything i need. its worth the drive to get it done right the first time."

"On a 4,000 mile trip with four buddies my 2003 FLHTCUI began cutting out around Devil's Tower. Rode to around White Suphur Springs where it began getting worse. Met a fellow named Ken Johnson at the Exxon station and he hauled me down to Belgrade. The bike was taken right into the back where Alex began to make his checks. He had seen this problem once before and so knew what to look for. Turned out the injector wires were too close to the head which caused the insulation to cook and the wires to short out. He fixed the wires and we were back on the road. No issues the rest of the way back to Northern California. Thanks for helping us to avoid a terrible day!"

"Never been treated better in 40 plus years of riding - great people and a great job. Broke down in Helena on the way to Sturgis - towed the bike to Yellowstone HD - the shop phoned around for a transmission bearing kit - found one fast - put it in - checked the primary - needed a stator - put that in - polished up my old ride and I was back on the the road. Thanks much to Dan and all involved in the job."

"I went out today in search of merely looking at different motorcycles and arrived first at Yellowstone Harley. When I arrived I was promptly greeted. However, this was certainly not the usual dealer greeting of "Let me sell you anything and everything so I can get my commission" Sara asked me if I needed any help and if so what I was interested in. I told her I was getting back on a motorcycle and she walked me through a few models and then took me to see a used 2009 Nightster, now the bike sold itself, however Sara made the ultimate sale. I wasn't sure if I was ready to drop the money right away and Sara's no pressure and willingness to simply inform me of everything I needed instead of forcing the sale attitude made me decide on the spot that this was not only the bike for me but also the dealership that I wanted to deal with. Sara and Yellowstone Harley are top notch and I will go back every time for any need I have. Thank you!"

"3 bikes with 3 couples left chattanooga tn on thurs 9/10 to ride out west. day 1 we went to springfield,mo. day 2 on to guymon ok. day 3 to taos nm. day 4 to rock springs wy. day 5 thru jackson and thru yellowstone on up to bozeman mt. on day 2 of our trip my radio started giving me problems and i replaced about 10 radio fuses along the way. each one blew. even though i could do without the radio, i needed the capability to communicate with the other 2 drivers. after breakfast in bozeman, we came to your dealership to see about getting it repaired. dave in service greeted us and promptly got the bike in to check it out. while there we enjoyed your courteous staff and shopping in your store. vanessa in parts was very nice. i had a nice chat with barbara. and when the bike was fixed dave explained exactly what was wrong. we then were on our way to little big horn and then on to rapid city sd. just wanted to say thanks for your hospitality and next time we take a trip out west, yellowstone HD will be on our list of places to stop"

"I am under 5' tall and have sat on many bikes hoping to ride one of my own someday. Everyone at Yellowstone Harley put up with me for many years trying to find what might make me comfortable enough to ride my own bike. Finally Harley made a bike just for me...883 Super low! I walked in one day on my way to take a riding class & the owner said " I was thinking about you... Harley just released a new bike called 883 Super low. I think it would fit you perfect!" Well I was sold. He changed the color on a bike he had ordered just for me & it arrived about 18 days early!!! I have had it for a week and I am in love with riding & my bike. I have been a passenger for 9 1/2 years & enjoyed it very much. I didnt have faith that I could ride my own, but felt very encouraged by all of the ladies who work in all departments of Yellowstone Harley!! I was never pushed to buy a bike and their main concern when I was ready to take the plunge was my safety and comfort. Thank you everyone, Tammy Hofland. I love it!"

"While on our trip to Yellowstone NP my girlfriend had some bike problems. Our tow truck driver called ahead to your shop and when we arrived her bike was looked at within an hour and we were back on the road in a few hours after making some purchases and talking with your friendly staff and some other riders.

"I was riding through MT on vacation when my 03 Road Glide started running bad and blowing fuses. I stopped at Yellowstone Harley and they had my ride on the lift within 15 minutes of my arrival. Travis had it all apart and found the problem while the staff let us use the tv for a weather check. They got me back on the road quickly and were very professional!!! THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!! "

"Excellent experiance! Called Kaes at 9am with the decision to buy the 2010 Iron 883, and wanted to add forward controls. The accessories were installed and the bike was ready by 4pm that same day, fueled up and washed. The paperwork took minimal time, and I was out the door with my new bike in 45 minutes. I would definetly recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will most definetly be doing my future business here! Thanks so much for making my first Harley buying experiance a great one!"
